This Privacy Statement reflects our genuine commitment to handling your information with care, transparency, and respect. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We collect only what is needed to support your work, and we protect it as though it were our own.

Includion is an Australian educational framework business based in Australia (ABN registered). We design practical, evidence-based tools and frameworks that help teachers build inclusive classrooms for diverse learners, including those working at Victorian Curriculum Foundation Levels A–D.

This information is used only to understand how our tools are used and to improve them. It is not linked to your identity.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect information about students. Our tools are designed for teachers and school professionals. Any examples or scenarios within our resources are illustrative only and do not involve real student data.

We use your information only for the purposes for which it was collected, including:

  • Providing access to courses, tools, and resources you have purchased or enrolled in

  • Sending you communications you have requested (e.g., email newsletters, course updates)

Includion is an Australian business and we handle your data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

In the event of a data breach that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

7. Retention of Information

We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it securely.

If you close your account or unsubscribe from our communications, we will remove your personal information from active systems within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email.

Continued use of Includion products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated statement.
